How to measure a tee you own

Lay it flat on a table, front facing up.
Measure pit-to-pit: straight across, one armpit seam to the other.
Measure shoulder-to-hem: from the shoulder seam straight down to the bottom hem.

🛁 How to Keep It Looking Good

(Longer than the expensive dog bed lasted, anyway.)

Cold water only — save the hot baths for the dog who hates them.
Turn it inside out before washing — protect the good boy on the front.
Gentle detergent — this garment-dyed cotton is easygoing, keep it that way.
First wash may bleed a little, so keep it clear of your good whites.
Tumble dry low or hang dry — air-drying just means more time at the park.

Drying

Low heat or air-dry to keep the soft, lived-in feel and avoid shrinkage.
Pull it out promptly to dodge the wrinkles.

A Few More Things

Skip bleach and harsh detergents — they fade the colour.
No fabric softener — it dulls the texture.
Don't iron directly on the print — turn it inside out or use a pressing cloth.

Wash cold (up to 30°C / 90°F), inside out, on a gentle cycle with like colours. Garment-dyed fabric can release a little dye, even after the first wash.
Use a mild detergent. No bleach, no fabric softener, no dry cleaning.
Tumble dry low or hang dry, and keep it inside out. Too much heat can crack the print.
Keep it out of direct sunlight before its first wash.
