Returns & Refunds

Every Good Days tee is printed to order, just for you — so we don't hold a warehouse of stock to swap in and out. That shapes how returns work here, and we've tried to keep it simple and fair.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, that's on us. Email hello@gooddaysdogclub.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you'd prefer. No need to post anything back.

Change of mind & sizing

Because each tee is made to order, we're not able to accept change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. Please check the size guide before you order — the fit is a relaxed unisex cut; if you're between sizes, size down for a fitted look or up for roomy.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Refunds cover the product price; original shipping is non-refundable except where the fault is ours.
