Welcome to Good Days Dog Club. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The store is operated by KLH Ventures (Katherine Louise Herbert, ABN 59 172 828 003), Victoria, Australia ("we", "us").

Our products

Every tee is printed to order using direct-to-garment printing on garment-dyed Comfort Colors 1717 blanks. Because each item is made individually:

Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and each garment-dyed piece is a little unique — that's the nature of the product, not a defect.
Production begins shortly after you order, which is why change-of-mind returns and size exchanges aren't available (see our Returns & Refunds policy).

Orders & pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, and to correct any pricing or product errors, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we confirm and begin fulfilling it.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, text, and images on this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to infringe our or others' rights.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
